Meet the Founder
There was a time when life felt heavy, and I needed somewhere to set it all down. Journaling became that place. The simple act of pen on paper gave me space to clear my mind, and I experienced firsthand how writing could shift my mindset, my habits, and my life.
I realized I wasn’t alone in needing this space, and that’s why I created The Soul Care Journal. This journal isn’t just about goals or habits. It’s about the shift that happens when ink meets paper, when you pause long enough to hear your own voice. My hope is to share that with as many people as I can.
The Soul Care Club was built on a simple belief: caring for yourself should ripple outward. That’s why every journal supports a cause, planting a small seed of change for you, your community, and the Earth.
When I’m not designing new journals, you’ll find me on my ranch, practicing Pilates, reading, or curled up with my Dobermans, Athena and Cleo. If you’re here, know that I’m cheering you on. May these pages become what they were for me: a safe space to grow, reflect, and come home to yourself.
